About Regcomx

International experience. Practical compliance.

Global perspective.

Regcomx is a Berlin-based regulatory compliance and market access consultancy helping manufacturers, exporters and product businesses navigate the complexities of selling into the European Union.

Our experience has been built across Australia, Asia and Europe, working within international manufacturing, supply-chain and supplier environments before establishing Regcomx in Berlin, Germany.

This international background gives us a practical understanding of the challenges businesses face when products, suppliers and customers operate across different countries and regulatory systems.

We understand compliance not simply as a regulatory exercise, but as part of the wider process of designing, sourcing, manufacturing, importing and selling products internationally.

Built on Manufacturing & Supply-Chain Experience

Our background includes experience across international supply chains, supplier quality, manufacturing operations, supplier management and cross-border business environments.

This means we understand the realities behind regulatory compliance.

Documentation must often be obtained from overseas suppliers. Product information may sit across different departments and systems. Regulations can vary between markets. Responsibilities between manufacturers, importers, distributors and representatives are not always immediately clear.

For businesses operating internationally, managing these requirements can quickly become complex.

Regcomx helps bring that complexity together.

We work with businesses to understand their products, supply chains and target markets, identify the regulatory obligations that apply and establish a practical route towards compliance.

From Asia-Pacific to Europe

Our international experience spans Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific region through to Europe, providing first-hand exposure to global manufacturing and supplier networks.

Today, Regcomx is based in Berlin, Germany, placing us at the centre of Europe's largest economy and within the regulatory environment our clients need to navigate.

This combination of international supply-chain experience and European regulatory focus is particularly valuable for manufacturers located outside the EU.

Whether a business is based in the United Kingdom, Australia, Asia or elsewhere internationally, entering the European market can introduce an entirely new layer of regulatory responsibilities.

Regcomx helps bridge that gap.

More Than Individual Registrations

European product compliance increasingly involves multiple overlapping requirements.

Depending on the product and markets involved, businesses may need to consider areas including:

EU market access • Product compliance • Packaging & EPR • PPWR • WEEE • Batteries • EU Battery Regulation • CE • RoHS • REACH & SVHC • GPSR • Technical documentation • Supplier compliance • Digital Product Passports • Battery Passports • CBAM

Managing these requirements through multiple providers, internal departments and spreadsheets can become difficult — particularly for companies selling several product categories across multiple European countries.

Our objective is therefore broader than completing individual registrations.

We want Regcomx to become a trusted extension of our clients' compliance, quality and supply-chain teams.

One Partner for European Compliance

Regcomx can support businesses from their first assessment of the European market through to implementation and ongoing compliance management.

We help clients:

  • Identify which EU regulations apply to their products and business model
  • Understand their obligations as manufacturers, importers, distributors or producers
  • Assess compliance gaps before entering or expanding within the EU
  • Coordinate registrations and regulatory requirements across European markets
  • Organise product and technical documentation
  • Manage supplier compliance information and declarations
  • Support EPR, packaging, WEEE and battery obligations
  • Prepare for emerging requirements such as PPWR and Digital Product Passports
  • Maintain a clearer overview of ongoing compliance responsibilities
  • Coordinate specialist regulatory expertise where additional technical support is required

The result is a more structured approach to European compliance — with fewer disconnected providers and greater visibility across products, suppliers and markets.

Our Approach

Practical

We understand that businesses need more than explanations of legislation. They need to know what applies, what needs to be done, who needs to do it and what happens next.

International

Our experience across Australia, Asia and Europe helps us understand both sides of international trade: the manufacturing and supplier environment outside Europe and the regulatory expectations businesses encounter when entering the EU.

Commercial

Compliance exists to enable business.

Our focus is not simply producing documentation. It is helping clients establish and maintain the regulatory foundations required to sell products confidently within European markets.

Long-Term

Regulatory compliance does not end once a registration is completed.

Products change. Suppliers change. Regulations evolve. Businesses enter new countries.

Regcomx is being built around long-term relationships in which we can continue supporting clients as their European business grows.

Your Outsourced EU Compliance Partner

For businesses without a dedicated European regulatory team — or organisations looking to reduce the workload on their existing compliance, quality and supply-chain functions — Regcomx can provide an outsourced solution.

Instead of coordinating numerous regulatory requirements and service providers internally, businesses can work with one European compliance partner to help manage the process.

From global supply chains to European market access, Regcomx helps make compliance manageable.
